no, no strange lumps. and nothing that doesn't feel natural. i really hate my nipples though, and if i do have a little something going on, best to take care of my nipples as well as any breast tissue that may have come about after puberty. i feel like my right pectoral might have a little bit of breast tissue. also, i can always seem to squeeze a tiny amount of liquid out of my nipples.

IDK what you do for a living where plastic surgery every 4 years is a maintenance benefit lol. You don't have to say but if you don't mind please do

What you described and the fact that you mentioned 'since puberty' makes me think it might be prudent to get an expert medical opinion.

now i just have to get up the motivation to start the whole process. The Military allows up to one cosmetic surgery per contract and we don't have to be combat wounded either, could be for self esteem reasons. as long as we can present a case as to why we want it. I've seen nose jobs, boob jobs, and ear tuck backs. crazy isn't it. hardly anybody knows about it, lol. (hardly anybody will do it.) i've been in 5 1/2 years though. just two weeks ago someone i know, after wearing braces for a couple of years, had his jaw and upper pallet cracked and resent so that his bite was perfect, like a pair of scissors. braces are hard to get for some reason

man...I actually have a similar problem, I need to join the damn military.... so, apparently it's not abnormal and lots of people ( well, idk what yours look like but mine are pillowy in a sense) have similar problems, and most can have a minute amount of liquid be expelled...a dr a long time ago told me it was higher estrogen that could have caused it (I blame my mom and her obsession with soy and tofu in the 90's, all I f:cking ate growing up) they said it isn't an issue medically just cosmetically if I was concerned... hopefully the same holds true for you but if I could I'd fix mine up...I beleive the estrogen thing as I carry my fat around my nipples even when I have abs and bicep head separation I still have freaking tits :/ :/

Learn something new every day. Yes that is kind of crazy. I get why the military would offer that for combat wounds but boob jobs and such? Lmao.

Had me puzzled too.

I've learned that life is full of contradictory shit. for me, it's better to accept the yin and yang of things. to me, life makes more sense (hardly making any sense) this way because that's the way things are. i don't think everyone sees life that way and i love that fact.
