Critique on a Second Cycle Please

Now mind you, I have my father who has over 10yrs experience with gear to help me. He has been out of the game for a while, and isn't really up to date on what's current. He's real adamant about me taking a safe cycle, and getting my feet wet. I didn't realize how I fortunate I was until I talked with a buddy of mine who has been cycling for a few years now, and had never been educated on post cycle steps. Thankfully my father since helped him, and gotten him to get the lab work done before, and he is now using HCG .

My first cycle was just 60mg of Anavar for 8 weeks while I was cutting over the summer. I did enjoy the hardening effect, and really leaned down considerably.

My second cycle starting here within a few weeks, I am planning on taking.

1cc of test cyp every 7 days
.5cc of test enth every 7 days
.5cc of deca every 5 days
    .5cc of trenbolone

I have ran this by my father and he isn't a fan of trenbolone at this time. I will probably listen to him. My only concern is deca-dick... I have read that 2:1 ratio of test to deca should combat that effectively.

Also, I wil add that I am 6'1" 303lbs with around 20% body fat. My goals is just to bulk up a bit more before, and to get stronger. I am not bodybuilder, strength and size are my main concern. Thank you in advance.

    Welcome,

No such thing as Deca dick. No such thing as "proper ratios" between deca/test.

    - Cycle is far far far too aggressive for your level of experience.
    - You're overweight, considerably. This will yield far more side effects.
    - No mention of AI, which is a must.
    - no mention of dopamine agonist, a must for first time progestin cycle.
    - No mention of hCG , you say your friend will use it, what about you?
    - No mention of PCT drugs or plan.
    - CC's mean nothing to us. We speak milligrams

Alright, so there you have it. Back to the drawing board. I recommend you visit our nutrition section and forget anything and everything about running a cycle for a long while. You can study up on prper cycles while you get your nutrition in check.

    Best of luck to you.

Thank you very much, Austinite. I appreciate the honesty, and knowledge. Nice to hear the other side of things. Seems that everyone I know personally who has any knowledge of gear is trying to sell me on it.

Like aus said..... Your bf is really above the comfort level. Higher bodyfat can mean more side effects. I'd really get that under control before starting anything.

Tren is Definately too advanced let alone adding it with deca . A simple test only cycle would be the best start. You need to do some more research to fully understand what you are doing.

Easy have you had any blood work lately? Or a complete physical? Carrying that kind of weight can be extremely tough on you internally. Plus if BW is not good now then AAS will only make it worse. Take a look in the HRT Forum at the Finding A Doc Sticky Thread for an example of BW to get. Like Austin said, hit the Nutrition Forum and let the Vets there help you. You'll be amazed what they can do for you. Basically free Nutritionists!

I do get biannual physicals for my work. I get blood work done quite often I as work in the remediation of Hazardous Materials. As far as having my test levels checked. It was something that was on the agenda to get done before.

I am a heavier guy, but I am in surprisingly good health for my weight. My bp, and cholesterol are spot on for a man of ideal weight for my age. I am quite active, often walking several miles day for work. I also work the family farm. I bale over 460 acres of hay multiple times a year.

As far as my diet, I am farmer. I raise my own beef, chicken, and we buy our produce of a local organic market. I know exactly what is going into my food that way.

I have been reading some the stickies in the nutrition forum, and the HRT. I have made the conclusion that it's not in the best interest for me to consider AAS at this point. I appreciate all of the help, and in the meantime I plan on absorbing as much information from this forum as I can. Thank you once again..
