austinite need your help with #3 cycle need to put some size on my body with less fat .my name charlie i am 46 age male my weight 170 pounds 5-09 body fat 12 percent i have been exercise 3 years i was in army 12 year no medical problem so far thank god.i do stair master 5 day for 30 minutes then i train the muscle for that day as secdule so i did 1 cycle jintropin for 3 month than 2 cycle test 300 2times a week with equopoise at100 twice a week for 3 month also hcg and aremedix and novaldex that all happen with help from cauzin his body builder he moved to another country lost in touch with him, so now i am by my own self, so please need help me, with #3 cycle if you can, thank you so much god bless...................charlie

If you aren't gaining mass, you aren't eating enough.

I assume you're talking about # 3. Have a Solid Base/Foundation to Build Off Of from the beginner cycles sticky.
This comes with time. Nutrition will be your best way to get there, alongside training of course. So I would have to refer you back to # 2.
The guys in the nutrition section will help you quite a bit. They offer advice for free, many people pay lots of money for such advice. Take advantage

ok body first of all thank you muscleink, here what i am thinking to do my cycle from1to12week test enetha...300 two time and equo...100 two time with aremedix.25mg eod from 1to14week also hcg250x2 a week for 14week wait one week and start with novaldex and clomid......what you think ..................
