should move it to the pro hormone section in supplements tho most here are using just aas...recomp should be around maintenance calories and you won't lose the weight you've listed you'd like to be, but recomp so who cares about weight right? I'd suggest adding in hiit cardio and keeping rest periods short with a recomp you aim to maintain muscle and burn fat so you simply lift heavy enough to stimulate your muscles but intense enough for the metabolic after burn to churn up cals...hdrol should allow you to not lose muscle with the intensity of your workouts maybe add bcaa's in with pct

oh I said that about maintenance calories or just under because I didn't do math and you need to make sure you have the right calorie requirement

I apologize for posting this in the wrong section, can the mods please move it?

My maintenance cals are ~2800 judging by the Massive Eating calculator, it seems like I need to drop them drastically too ~2300 or so.

that would facilitate more of a cut than a recomp... start by just knocking a few hundred off maintenance and just upping intensity, use compound moves or super sets...recomps are a slow process but a lot of people don't believe in them, I personally do
