Quick question about time on and time off

    Hey guys

Just wanted to know about the time on + pct rule ..

I know it's a general guide but does it mean
'time on cycle' + 'pct' = time to wait until next cycle
    or
'time on cycle' + '21 days' (waiting for sustanon to wear off) + 'pct' until the next one?

I know some people will probably say it doesn't matter too much but I would like to hear what the opinions are anyway..

    Cheers

Its the start of the cycle all the way through to the end of pct = time off, that's a general rule but blood work would be a better option

I'm sure Marcus means time off + blood work. NOT if your blood work comes out OK 2 weeks after cycle it's OK to jump back on. Those would be false readings.

So to clarify. 12 week cycle + 4 week PCT would be 16 week off, get blood work done and if everything come out A OK then you can think about another cycle.

No blood work needs to be drawn 5-6 weeks after end of pct to get the best reading..

Honestly even with bloodwork your body still needs time off. Even if you have recovered before the time on plus time off rule. I still recommend only cycling 2 times each year with bloodwork to confirm you have recovered

I agree with this line of thought. You need to give your body time to recover as much as possible. 2 cycles/year is a good rule of thumb as long as they are reasonable length cycles not super long.
