4th Cycle Proposal

Had to cut my last cycle short but strength jumped through the roof.

Stats were before 3rd cycle.

Weight :195
BF : 11-12%
Height : 5'10

After Cycle

Weight : 215
BF : 11-12%
Height : 5'10. WHOA I'M SO TALL NOW! ;)

Almost squatting 500. Strict pressing over 225. Deadlift is around 600. Clean is around 350. Snatch around 275. next max should be able to hit 300. Haven't maxed it in awhile, I don't bench very often, but it's around 300.

My cycle was

750mg front load test Enanthate

From shot 2 500mg test Enanthate per week for 6 weeks.

Used HCG 250 iu every 3.5 days along with test e shots were every 3.5 days.

About to start PCT protocol of Clomid and Nolva

75/50/50/50
40/20/20/20

I'm thinking I'm going to keep the same amount of Test but im ready to add something other than test or possibly lower the test and just stick with test. Perhaps a cutting agent to assist me in getting down to 4-5% bf.

I am a competitive Crossfit athlete and am looking for an edge in upcoming competitions. What would you guys suggest or have had experience with? I'm looking for only athletic performance. I could care less how it makes me look. I'm not Mr Moneybags but i do have enough to spend a generous amount on. I've read HGH might be a step in the right direction. Although with bloodwork and everything it ends up costing something like 2000 a month. Or maybe just stay with test but lower the dose.

There is no way those guys in the games are doing just test.

Bone density? Why?

Because you did not gain 20 lbs of muscle. You need to calculate your body fat properly. Try a dexa scan or BodPod assessment.

Last time I checked 215/2.2 = 97 something. And yea around 230 kg's.

that's a lot, 3x body weight...I was repping 225 x5 on bench (I know you're talking squat) weighing 155 and people seemed semi impressed, that's really an elite lift if you're being honest about that weight

Highly doubt you put on 20 lean pounds in a few weeks...4-5% bf is an unrealistic goal...you won't be strong and you won't have any endurance. Are you thinking this through?

a lot of the stuff you saying doesnt make sense, and like the guy above me stated i don't think you realise but being 5% BF is going to make you a hell of a lot weaker.

Alright, so I agree that 5% is a stretch, and no one really walks around at that bf, but what is the ideology behind being weaker?

What do you mean? You don't think the guy would be weaker than normal maintaining a calorie restricted diet so that he can walk around at 5%? He wants to compete at crossfit, what energy reserve is he gonna draw from to complete those back to back lifts and cardio events if he's depleted?

Absolutely not. He's planning a cycle, he would be stronger. We're discussing a potential cycle here. like I said, no one will walk around at 5% BF.

I'm just telling you what I experienced. What would be the purpose of lying on an anonymous website.

True about 5% bf. The heavier you are the harder it is to do some of these events but the energy will be exhausted yes. Marathon bodyweight exercises isn't ideal for someone who is 225 Pounds. So maybe I should aim for 7-9% BF?

PERHAPS 7-9% is a better goal to maintain. Leaning closer to 9%. Alright school me.

single digits are like the early universe, a lot of traditional rules begin to unravel lol so of course I hope you are up on nutritional knowledge...I was simply saying why you'd have people in disbelief at those numbers, not accusing you of lying, if I were it'd be out of jealousy lol lot of smart people in nutrition forum if you want some extra assistance

So what would you guys recommend for athletic performance instead or in conjunction with test e?

Winny? I read runners use it.

sorry I know that was vague, bi- monthly drinking night lol. diet is so unrealistically strict below 10%, it can't be stressed enough how important it is...a lot of people will say you don't need drugs for cutting but idk..... anyhow. maybe someone can contradict this but most of the time that level of body fat (4-5%) is reserved for contest level and I would say you don't want to focus on that if you want to compete in a cross fit comp...I know those guys are ripped up but not 4-5%, that's not gonna leave you with optimal strength levels bud

I mean that bf percentage is like bb competition levels

I reckon 10% would probably be as low as i would go. 10% might sound high but at that level you still got all 6 abs and will look leaner then probably anyone else you know at your size.

As for the cycle, rule out the following (from my experience as well not just bullshit ive read) Tren and Mast

Reasoning like everyone knows Tren will get you out of breath straight away - no good

Mast - you're muscles will be way too tight and it will have a big negative impact on you're performance.

Apart from orals only other steroid i can comment on EQ, which might actually be a good choice with the fitness / strength side of things. (Again my experience on EQ giving strength, and no it wasn't the Test)

I don't say this a lot because Its anecdotal at best and I have nothing to back it up with....I watched an acquaintance of mine run a low dose of EQ only(obviously bad idea). Without changing his training or diet the guy got his 5 mile run time down from mid 30's to high 20's over the course of 3 months. No gain in mass, vascularity, or bf%....perhaps EQ stacked with test might not be a bad stack for an endurance athlete.

Epo is what I need with test and HGH, done the research. blood doping is also a possibility. Obviously maybe just add Epo on.next cycle. The problem is monitoring my hemocrit levels. They need to stay below 50%. Plus if my blood gets to thick hello heart attack. I need an actual doctor to monitor this. I have one in mind but I don't know for sure if he would. I'm thinking about just flat out asking a few docs to assist me.with EPO work otherwise I might kill myself unintentionally.

People are saying that Mike Jenkins wasn't on steroids? Are you serious. No way
