When to bring in the deca?

The general consensus seems to be that a person should run just test for their first couple cycles. When would it be reasonable to run a deca /test cycle?
    Thanks.

Having done a lot of reading on this forum, some advise 2, others 4 cycles of test only. I personally, having completed a couple of test only's, would research thoroughly the new compound, familiarise myself with and purchase all the necessary ancillaries to deal with any possible sides and PCT.
That's just me though, everyone's different

depending on your goals really. at your age I'd say you're not competing and I don't think your goal is to look like Phil Heath, so my suggestion is to stick with testosterone , you can go a long ways with test only cycles.

Actually I think it would be pretty cool to compete again. At a recent comp I went to the best competition was in the 40+ masters class. I don't know about looking like Phil Heath but I think a solid 235 lbs would be good. I am thinking deca may also be good for my joints.

Test and deca is the staple cycle of many.
