    23 years old noob needs help

    hello . i am 23 years old and i want some help. i am 85 kg
    height 1.74 meters and 17 % body fat
    i am training 2 years and i do a proper diet (the last 6 months) i need to lose many body fat and do not lose many muscles. i want this beacause after 3 months i will participate to some commercials and i must be at 8-10% bf and i need to have seriious muscles.
    what is good enough for me to help me go down except cardio? also i want to avoid many side effects .
    can u reccomend me a 2 month cycle that is good enough ? i prefer oral tabs( i am afraid injections) but if need i will do the stuff

    First step here is to visit the nutrition forum and have the pro's there break down your nutritional intake for you. It all starts there. You may think you're eating properly to achieve your goals but odds are, you aren't. Post up over there, they'll get you going in the right direction and break down everything for you.
