    Plan on running this soon, Bulked up to 228..Time to lean out, Thoughts?

    22,5'10 About 20% ran a horrid d bol cycle 3 months ago this would be the real first cycle i would be doing, Been training for 3 years, Went from 320 lbs to 170 then bulked up to 200's ready to make something happen..
