    ketotifen vs benadryl

Have any of you had success with using benadryl instead of keto while using albuterol? If so how much benadryl did you use?

Benadryl is useless for this purpose. Ketotifen, 1mg/day, at night, right before bed.
    Keto 30 ML 1 MG/ML

I doubt anybody's wife is spreading false info about diphenhydramine and beta-2 agonists.
    More likely a gym bro's tale...lol

Ketotifen (a second generation prescription antihistamine) is known to upregulate beta receptors, allowing one to run beta agonists without desensitisation. So some guys (probably falsely) assume that diphenhydramine (Benadryl in the US) does the same, since it is a first-generation antihistamine.

I used both B & K during separate Clen cycles. Keto worked better.
