what to run to reduce wter retention?

hi guys I currently have switched from my normal body building training to cross fit and strength

currently running hgh 3iu a day and test enenthate 600mg/week

I have unfortunetly gainet water retention that I do not like nor wanna carry whilst doing my training!

I had two ideas of adding proviron or proviron and winestrol to cut the water away (winny as it will help the strength gains and performance during the worouts and got a holiday in 3 weeks so all in all could be worth it)

    any thoughts or advice?

got a guy here trying to get me on armidex, proviron, anavar and winny!

well you should be running an ai already. but I would look into armidex, I believe that and other ai's help with estro related water retention... how much vs the cycle you're running will be better answered by the pros, but check the sites profile on armidex and aromasin ... do that while waiting on a better answer

Is this your first cycle? Seems like you don't know what you are doing.

    I agree.....

OP you should be on AI from start of cycle, controllign estrogen IS NOT JUST about gyno.. also extra vitc will help with water ( I take 1-2g ed but for wate ri would say 3-4g for short durations of a couple weeks off and on, if you find it helps, good for pre-contest and its safe

    hey guys

im 28 I made this page to research when I was 21 hence jm21 but didt do first course till I was 25

I usually run ai during the cycle but I wrongfully thot as I was only running test I would be ok (idiot mistake and noted)

I drink plenty of water I live in the middle east so drink more than most

got some vitamin c today to add in this can only be a benefit even if it doesn't help with the water retention!

I have succefully done 4 previous courses inc dboll, tren , test, deca , anavar and winny (not all at once obv) I just fd this one up thinking I didn't need the AI as in past reason I took it is concern of gyno!

I added in as per some articles .5mg or armidex Monday Wednesday and Friday this week and if need be it suggests increasing but I already see a difference

as for the course its self doing the strength training and cross fit whilst on course the results are unreal! eating like a warhorse (a clean warhorse)and sitting at 200lbs and sub 10% bf its a good change of training!

Best thing for water ret (after AI of course) is potassium supplementation. I use Euro-K pills and they work wonders.
