    Weird blood work

Basically I developed some gyno after pct (taking nolva clomid usually doses) and my LH can back at 21.4 iU /L on a range of 1-7. Any idea what could have caused this??

Hyper-stimulated from the serms. It'll calm down. Assuming you didn't suddenly become primary as then it's an effort in futility.

What kind of gyno? Do you have a lump(s) or are you puffy?

Depending on the severity, or if you have lumps, you could run ralox at 60mg/ed..

I recovered really well and my test is on the upper end of the normal range. It's the kind where my nipples are puffy. Prolactin and estrogen were in range. Cortisol came back a little low though. I'm now wondering if I go back on then my LH will be suppressed again and this will go away. I read in a endo jounral a few weeks back that elevated LH can cause excessive mammary tumorgenesis so this the elevated LH is most likely the cause of my problem

Look into Raloxifene if in fact it's gyno. Multiple threads here on it.
