Question - forgot to take hcg

I everyone. Just looking for some advice... I forgot to pin my hcg before my shot of test e. Should I take both hcg & test e in one day? Skip the hcg until my next shot of hcg?

you take it twice a week 250 ui, if you forgot takke next day but keep 500 ui / week
