    Need some help!!!!!

I've been working out my whole life. naturally I have a good genetic make-up. I joined the army and I went from about 160 to 190 was at 10% bf, a friend told me about a few roids wen clen and test. I took it ritually for about a month my bf dropped To about 6-7%. then I got stabbed had to have my abdomen cut open to to stitch up my organs. now I'm at around 17% maybe even higher( feel like a fat shit) with no abdominal definition at all! Now I've been back in the gym for about a mont 1/2 wondering what I should take or if I should take anything at all to help get back to where I was??
    I'm 22 m
    6' 205
