Cycle / Flu

5 weeks in cycle .. I was wondering. Both of my kids have the flu ..( I know right f-ing yay ).. What would be my best course of action if I do come down with it ?

First of all, sorry to hear about that. The flu is no fun, particularly for kids. Make sure you take good care of them bro.

Double up on your multis and add extra vit c. Keep your hands clean at all times and be concious of what your kids have touched and where they've been. Most importantly keep your hands clean and make sure they don't sneeze on you lol.

If you do get it, continue with your cycle but let your body rest. This has happened to me before and it sucks but you have to let the flu run its course. The flu is no joke. All the best to you and your kids man.
