-bf 20% (injury and getting back into it)
-been training in everything from body building style, to military pt(last 10 yrs), to functional fitness (i.e. crossfit, horsemen, gym jones for last 6 yrs) for the last 13 yrs. Olympic lifts are a staple.
-Test P/Masteron, Test P/Tren A (twice), Test p/Tren A/EQ (twice), Anavar (x3), Test P/EQ/Winestrol (twice, hate winny).
just seen a lot of difference on the duration between pins. trying to get a gage on how far and how much. I cant get huge as I have to be able to run. been able to run on test p and tren a. just new to sust

The best way to cycle sust is to pin every other day, due to the short ester prop that is contained in the compound. Interested to hear your weight/height/bf for dosing but its not uncommon to run 500-750mg/wk
Ah.. you posted while I was responding..
I would recommend dropping your bf to below 15% before hopping on, otherwise I think a 500-750mg/wk dose would be fine for you.
