Welcome,
I can't hear anything...
Cycle is no good. In fact, and no offense, one of the worst I've ever seen. (No intention to be harsh, just being honest).
Start by reading the stickies about first cycles, and then propose a proper and complete cycle for critique.
Good luck to you.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Welcome graygray.
Ok bud first of all you are too young for steroids . At 21, you are likely producing a significant amount of natural testosterone and have the potential to make great progress without aas.
What are your goals? From the looks of your stats, you should really spend some time in the nutritional section and educate yourself.
If you still want to administer aas in another 3-4 years, you will be in a much better position to so so. In the interim you can research training diet and progress naturally.
Let me know how else I can help. But please believe me when I say you can do some serious permanent damage to yourself by taking aas at your age.

This guy is a TROLL. dude says he weighs 317 23% bf @ 5'11... that means roughly 235lbs of lean muscle mass (assuming he has very dense bones) on a 5'11 frame. Then he wants to do this ridiculous cycle? and says he weighed 160 in 2012? so assuming @ 160 he was 0% body fat 235-160= 75lbs... I've never met somebody that put on a lean 75 and 157 total lbs in two years. not even with the strongest of all juices out there.

You can dish it but can't take it... Doesn't feel so good when you're treated poorly, huh? Start helping new members or stay off the threads. If you have an issue, lodge a complaint in the 1 on 1, otherwise either ignore these threads or find yourself another forum. Try and have the forum's best interest, that's all I'm asking of you.

Can you? Our little interaction in this thread suggests otherwise.
Just had lunch with Hazard
I stand by my posts in this section and you can hardly make a case that I don't contribute . On this particular occasion I sped-read through the OP's stats and cycle layout, read the last post in the thread at the time (Post #7), and then wrote my comment.
Coming back now I see that the OP followed up his original post, making him less likely a troll, and making me incorrect. My apologies OP.
So to you austinite, I'll say what I said to igifuno: "You're right, I'm wrong, won't happen again." You and I don't get along, we don't need to talk, but I'm not taking shit from you just because you're staff here.Last edited by AlphaMike; 12-09-2013 at 08:54 AM. Reason: To clarify the thread link.

You're comparing this to the lounge. Not too bright.
You're darn right it won't happen again, I'll make sure of it. Plenty of places for you to go and spew your garbage attitude towards new members. Not going to happen here. If you think "contributing" gives you a right to minimize the number of active members...think again. You're as worthless as you treat new members.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Hey everybody. Thank you to the people who are being respectful. Ive honestly signed up for this forum so I can get honest help. Yes. Because ive gained so much weight you probably think im trolling. im not. Sorry it came off that way. Prior to 2012. I had never eating meat my whole life. Just wouldnt do it. Ew lol. Then I started lifting weights after neeever doing it before and eating actually food and my body just rolled with it. This cycle I asked about was reccomended to me from a gym buddy. I have a before and after pic on my facebook. I came here because I didnt want to jump into a cycle like that and screw my self up. So I wanted others opinions. And said not to be harsh because I see how some people react to posts. Well guys who helpes me. Thank you ton. Highly appreciatedd

You're in good hands, grey.
How was the transition from no meat to eating meat?? Sounds interesting.
Anyway, your first cycle should be testosterone only when your stats are appropriate. You want to avoid multiple compounds so that you can gauge what compound is causing side effects. Diet will always be key, as steroids will merely amplify your nutritional plan. So that's the best place to start. Here's a thread that will outline a safe and effective first cycle...

I think the issue is that you have doubled your body wright in less than 2 years. 160lb gain in 100weeks seems absurd. Especially as you are intimating (not saying it isn't true btw) that you haven't run a cycle before.
I can't imagine that just the inclusion of meat has led to the phenomenal gain and you must be eating like a horse (or enen eating a horse) to get to where you are now.
Can you detail a typical days diet?
Is that you in your avi? I can't really see it clearly on my device but I suspect you are underestimating your bodyfat levels. You shouldn't be volunteering to put up details of your Facebook or any other public info buddy, there are ways around this. If you upload your pic to a file sharing website and then try and post the link. Having so few posts you may struggle to post the link so will have to be clever with spacing in order to post it.
Alternatively use this and and take another guess

Thank you austinite. Ill surly will be checking that out. Yes. Transitioning from doing nothing but playing basketball allllllll day long and eating a meal a day. Which was like cereal. And switching up a life ofhours of cardio and no nutrition to. Lifting weights and eating every hour on the hour. My bf may very well be off. Again it is what i what told by those elctronic bf things you hold up to you. My friends who hadnt seen me since high school. Then will see me now are in complete disbelief. Ive had older gentlemn say theve been lifting for ten plus years straight and wernt able to do what ive done. It could merely be undiscovered genetics. People ask me how to get big and I cant givr them an answer besides eat and lift. I certainly need my diet In check. I want to compete next year. Thank you moderators for making me welcomed!

The transition was horrible. To this day I hate meat. Eggs. Potatoes. All of that. But I had to do it. I threw up all my meals for the first couple weeks. All I ever ate my whole life ate nothing but cereal and thats it. So the weight came on quick gnu
