Should I Wait or Jump back in it?
Alright so a little about me. I'm 5'10, 25yrs and I was lifting for about 3.5 years before my first cycle. I deployed with the army on some cake ass deployment and all I did was eat and lift. I gained 18 pounds putting myself right at 188 and dropped my bf% to 10 without gear. I came home and kept lifting but after sitting around 188 never really gaining or losing I decided to do a 1-12 week cycle of test, a 1-8 week of deca and a 1-4 of dianabol . No PCT like a dumb ass luckily no gyno or side effects except he fact that I lost a lot of energy. Anyways this cycle through me upto 205 at the end and I maintained it while fluctuating around a few pounds. But I kept eating a lot and lifting hard and I kept it until I ****ed myself up training. I tore my MCL and broke my wrist on a ruck march back in late July of 2013 I didn't get surgery until November and I haven't been able to workout since the injury. I've lost almost all of my gains. I was wondering on what were some thoughts on if once I recover if I should lift for a few months before gearing up or can I jump back into a cycle like I had planned to this winter anyways? Or will I do more damage than good? I had planned to do 1-14 test 600mg ew, 1-10 deca 400mg ew, 1-6 40mg/ed dianabo, proviron 8-14 50mg/day and use AI's this time along with clomid. Any suggestions would be nice I still have about 4 weeks before I can lift again, I've been running to keep my cardiovascular health up but that's it.

What are your current stats?
All in all, the best thing for you to do is NOT just jump back on a cycle, when your body is not ready for it.
You should take ample time and reacquaint yourself and your body with physical output. The only way to maximize the benefits of aas is to implement proper intense training and diet, which by your post I don't think you are where you need to be.
You joints and ligaments can easily become injured by your muscles lifting weight they cannot support.
I would recommend you being active in training and proper diet for AT LEAST six months before even considering another cycle. You don't want to do a cycle and not get the most out of it, right?
