Hey guys, stats are 22yrs, 6' 170lbs, lifting 4 yrs bodyfat 20%, this is just for my better understanding, thanks.
Clen's not a magic pill , still have to eat and train , sides can be a little harsh aswell![]()
Just like everything else its best to take it as far as you can naturally before considering using chemical assistance. At 22 you have a ways to go naturally in several areas. You only need to lose about what 6-8 % bf or so? No way you cant do that fairly quickly with proper diet and training alone.

^^^Agreed. Plus Clen is finisher, not an initiator. It's good for polishing your physique, and isn't really what you should be using at 20% bf.
If you can determine what your problem is then you can apply the proper remedy, i.e., do you overeat, consume too many daily calories, junk food, high sugar/salt, not enough small meals, processed foods instead of natural, etc. No supplement, compound, or even steroid can adequately compensate for erroneous eating habits.
