Why am I pooping less on cycle than off.

Same diet with increased calories and I am pooping less. Is it because my body is so anabolic that its using more of what I eat and creating less waste?

how much you shit depends on your diet fiber. as you increase calories, remember to increase fiber intake (fruits and vege). and drink lots of water.

Drink more water and add in a little magnesium. Only a little to see how you tolerate it.

I think your full of sh*t. Just kidding. Maybe the tren has something to do with it because of increased feed efficacy. Even so I dont think that would account for that much of a difference.
