At quick glance, blood work pre cycle so you know where you belong and to see if pct effectively gets you there.
NAC for liver support.
How many cycles have you run johnny
when was your last cycle and what did you weigh before you started it?
how many cycles have you done?
My last cycle was a bit of a diaster to be honest, i went a bit over board with my caloric surplus!
i put on more bodyfat than i would have liked... so i ended up cutting within a month after pct and lost a considerable amount of my gains... That was a year ago
Pre cycle 152 @ 15% after it i was 172 @ around 18% if i can remember correctly, now im back down to 157 @ 12%
I am an example of why someone considering cycling MUST have their diet homed in very well!
With all of that said i learnt from my mistakes and am far more knowlegable now!
not sure how old is you pic in your avi but you look allot fatter that 12%. and if I were you I'd drop the Supper Drop, I mean superdrol! :)

Haha thanks superdrop
I'll be honest. I think these is a lot more work to be done on your training and diet. I would advice you to address both and put on another few lbs.
Right. .if you're admitting that your diet needs work then you should really focus on that first and foremost. You can make tremendous progress if you learn to clean bulk and are consistent with it. Give it some more time and you'll be happy you did. This way, after your progress off cycle, your progress on cycle will be maximized.
In addition to your diet, you may want to take a look at your training regimine. Not sure what it consists of or what style of training you're implementing, but if you are ready for some advanced training techniques that has literally changed the lives of several members, have a visit into marcus's diary in the lounge. Start from page 1 and read through. It will take you a bit but it is well worth the time.
