Hey whats up. 33 recent former Army SF medic.I am looking for some good positive and constructiveinput from some pros... I prefer to learn from thoseWho know what theyre doing. I fell out of shape soon as I got out of the army.2011And I decided to get back into shape. 2013I wound up roomating with someone who cycles.I did my first cycle for 7 weeks Started with half cc . Worked up to 2cc 2x\weekA Test Sustanon mix with Primobolin stacked 1 part each(2 part stack). I ended it about 9 weeks ago. Im ready to now start over.I didnt have any side effects other than acne on the back of my armsWhich ive been prone to before without test...but it went awaafter 2 weeks. I didnt notice the results till week 6 and 7. My final weeks. I should have went with a test P and Test SustanonStack I think for immediate results and for the long term. So I only did 7 weeks because I moved and ran out Of product and didnt know who to get from . I didnt have any pct but thank god im totally fine....Probably because it was my first time and primobolinSupposedly has less side effects. This time I am doing something different:.5 cc each of a 4 part stack that will not exceed 2cc 2x/wkWhen combined. Test P, Test Sustanon, Deca , Trenbalone( has great reviews)4 parts divided .5cc eac. InjectableAnd a very very small amount of winnie oral version. And a little bit of clenbuterol once a week (not everyday as suggested) because of everything else im doing. MY QUESTIONHow long should I cycle for? 8 wks or 12 weeks?AND what side effect blockers should I use and what PCTWhen im done? This is my 2nd cycleI am 33 former military in super good healthI seem to be immune to hair loss whatsoever I had thick hairThat wont move. I weight 190 mostly all muscle but I do have a slight gutEverything else is solid. But I could lose 10 lbs of fat.I have bones that support it all broad shoulders barrel chestDecently big boned. I am 5'8 , 190. I dont do much cardio...though maybe I shouldBut someone made me nervous about cardio because it raisesCortisol with makes you age super quick and eats muscle tissueAnd wares your knees supposedly but maybe thats bs ?Last question a friend of mine is going for trina or is tirinabolSays it has a high anabolic output and less androgenic Excited to hear feedback from pros.

my suggestion would be to start researching for yourself because you obviously no little about what your about to do to yourself taking that many compounds for which you have little to no experience with...your way over your head bro and im not trying to be a dick, just saying what is obvious...good luck...

Your last cycle was a disaster. 1/2 a cc worked up to 2 cc x2 a week. Where did you get that protocol ? What was the mg/ml? Sus 2x a week?

Any ai?
Any hcg?
Any pct?

Stats?
Why do you continue on using volume? That tells us nothing.

Age ?
Height ?
Weight ?
Body fat ?
Pct knowledge ?
Ai knowledge ?
Goals ?

Keep it simple
Your gear is in mg per ml
I.e test 200
= 200mg per ml
1 bottle as10ml

There are other variables so keep it simple!!

Do some research about the steroids you propose to use then post yiur entire cycle

before this copy paste fiasco I warned him in the welcome page where this is mostly from that he needed to clean it up, and to read because he obv lacks knowledge... he didn't listen....

190lbs

In order to help others understand what doses you've taken, you'll need to shed some light on the mg/ml. Telling us that you took a 'cc' of something means nothing.

Without having done post cycle therapy after your cycle, how to you know that you're 'totally fine'? Have you gotten blood work?

With regard to your questions, its evident that you need to do a tremendous amount of research before engaging in another cycle. It sounds like you did not know what you were doing at all.

In an effort to gain a better understanding of aas, AIs, SERMs, PCT, and other pertinant topics, read the educational threads and stickies. Hang around for a while and be sure to konw what you're getting yourself into before diving in.
