Very good base just push that bit more in the gym and you'll get that little bit more mass. Great job so far

Thanks. Yeh, I keep recording my weights and reps, for example on DB chest press on incline have gone from the 9kg DB to the 18's in around 8 weeks

Great way of doing it. I still have my logs from when I first started in the gym cool to look back on to see where I have progressed or regressed etc.
Jeep up the work rate and diet it is working. At 8 weekd in you will on a roll for the next 4 weeks you should be able to build strength quickish I know thats how it works for me any way

I got 100 tabs, I've taken 20mg a day, I have done around 1/2 in total, will that need to be the end of my cycle of would I be better off getting more and continuing ? I have stayed pretty side free this time too
-
12-12-2013, 12:38 PM #12
You could push it to 12 weeks I guess if you feel no sides and are still making improvements. You're probably going to want to be 'off' for as long as you were on though so that may come into it a bit.
Have you been evaluating your gains/losses as the weeks progress?NO SOURCES GIVEN

Ok, I shall have think about whether to carry it on for longer, I will see how the rest of the cycle goes. I haven't had any measurements done, I have only gone by what I see visually so far. I am thinking about adding more cardio for fat loss as I have cut down lately so do need to add it back in but don't want to lose muscle??

well oi don't know how you looked before but you look great now! make sure you take NAC to support your liver.

2-3months is a good amount of time. are your tabs 10mg/tab? id say run it for 8-10 weeks atleast. IMO
GREAT work BTW! you look amazing!

Agreed, shoulders look great. Would like to see a before picture if you have them. My wife has been considering the same cycle but decided to put it off for now.
Keep up the great work - inspiring.

Amazing delts and great overall shape! I'd like to see your diet - that kind of mass is hard to come by at such low body fat. Gotta admit I'm a little jealous. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for all your positive comments
I will look into getting that as just having milk thistle atm.
I will find a holiday snap from August, I was thinner then, prob about 4/5kg lighter than atm

Diet sounds very decent and you know what you are at by increasing fats when reducing carbs.

Amazing progress since august. Looks like a good cover up, too. I'm covering a crappy one atm - 4 sessions and counting.
Thanks for the diet info. So you actually lower the carbs on training days? do you find you still have plenty of energy for intense workouts?

My diet changes daily but on training days I have around:
180g carbs
60g fats
220/250g protein,
Not training days I up the fats, lower the carbs,
100g carbs
80g fats
220/250g protein.
I do love carbs so don't limit them massively, only eating clean foods now and am on around 2200cals a day which is loads more than what I was having before and I feel hugely better for it

It was painful but worth it, a few horrible sessions of laser then a 5 hour tattoo session, nice!
I have more carbs on training days, 180g and then lower to around 100g on non training days

t3 is on my wish list, something i haven't tried before. but right now, i'm so damn skinny (I've had two significant illnesses in the past six months) that i'll hold off until i actually have some body fat =)
