So, back around 12 yrs ago when PH's were legal, I did 1 bottle of 1AD. I was around 32 then. I know, I know...whatever...it's done. My question is, for years I have had hard, sometimes sore/sensitive nips. Not moobs or bitch tits, just hard nipples...like all the time. I am not sure if I would have this anyway but I cant help but think it's from the PH. Nothing else has changed...hair, sex drive etc... Do you think it's from the ph and is there anything I can do about it now?

I think you would have stabilised by now. Sure ya not just been a bit paranoid? You could just have sensitive nipples like jiggers nipple but I highly doubt your estrogen to be high after 12 years
