Well let me start by saying i have run a couple times with test and tren . I have read on some sites that have cycles like this i just modified it to my needs and comfort please tell me if this sounds good.

body fat not sure i almost have a six pack lol no fat on legs or upper at all
i have run tren before i know about the sweats and stuff. I have just been doing test cyp for a couple months like 400 to 600 hundred ml a week. But i seem to be at a stop . I am off now for the next 4 weeks and want to do 10 weeks before my wife's show in march . Want arms a little bigger chest more defined and back stronger.
I bench 360 im not small and i go to the gym 6 days a week . Just looking for advise from someone i have never taken winny . And a bit nervous about pills but seem to see this alot in cycles

You seem to be suggesting you are going cold turkey from a test cycle and then jumping back on after 4 weeks. Are you on TRT?

Ya am new to the post cycle therapy i have ran three times and never had side effects . This is the first time i want to do everything correct . , is there an over the counter i can get. . Answer no and no . So i need to add a hcg i understand that and is there a better post cycle over the counter i could pick up tomrrow

Are you saying you have never don a pct?
Have you ever had bloodwork done?
You need nolvadex and clomid for your PCT, you can get them from the Ar-r banner above. They are not items you can get over the counter but if you are in the States you should have them in a few days. When was your last shot of cyp?
Edit - liquid Tamox and liquid clomi are the items from Ar-r

I am hoping for education friends dont always give the best advise or info even if they have been into this for years.
Start PCT 18days after last injection
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
So that's 75mg per day of clomid for the first week and 40mg nolva every day for the first week. The other 3 weeks should be self explanatory.
Hopefully this will be enough but it sounds like you have shut down your own test production for a long time. I strongly suggest that 6 weeks after PCT you get a hormone panel blood test. Time off cycle is normally time on +pct wait time + pct. So, you shouldn't start another cycle for 3 months after you FINISH pct. That should be end of April.
Oh, and you're going to need to eat more good now to try and retain any gains you have made.
