Clen's legitimacy as anti-catabolic during PCT

The anticatobolic benefit will never be noticed.

Clen never gave me any amount of noticeable 'energy', aside from the shakes. ECA, on the other hand, gave me an incredible amount of energy, but there is debate on the catabolic vs. anti-catabolic properties of ECA.

Best advice I can give you man.. don't 'cut' during PCT. Keep your cals high and get your energy from food. Otherwise, you'll lose more of that hard earned mass you worked so hard to achieve during cycle.

I wouldn't say "energy" per say. I feel jittery but I'm not sure I feel a true increase in overall energy. That's my opinion from my experience anyhow.

Food is the best anti-catabolic substance out there. Clen won't do much of anything in this regard.
