Time Off in Between
Do people really follow the rule of thumb time on= time off to start again? I am not waiting another 16 weeks to get back on lol. I know blood work will only tell, but if your not feeling any sides oh well your probably recovered. I probably take a month off and go back on.

You need to do the right thing and give your body the time to recover.

Yes people really do. Those are the people who usually recover correctly as opposed to people who don't, and end up living with an un recovered HPTA system and wind up on hrt.
Do some homework man and as stated above, do the right thing for yourself.

If you care about your hpta system then take the appropriate time off. Period.

Cycle properly. Problems you don't see today are no immunity from problems that can occur years to come.
Moreover, just because people appear fine, is no assurance they are. People don't like to admit their mistakes and acknowledge problems they created out of their own ignorance.
You know what should be done and how to cycle correctly. Keep making the right, healthy choices. Staying on gear for extended periods WILL compromise your health.

You'd think you'd know better.

That really has to do with your body tolerance levels and the statistics of the last cycle you were on.
