    Hi.
Your body fat is too high. You need to cut down first, its not recommended to do a cycle with bf that high. Cut down to about 16%, then start a cycle. Also, test will not help you with body fat, diet will.

Diet is most important as well as cardio work. Althought test does increase "fat Burning" it isnt magic and 90% of your goals will be reached through diet and exercise.

I agree with Dex, first thing first. if you cycle at this BF% most likely you'll end up with gyro.

As recommended, best way to bring body fat down is "eat more, move less". At 23% bf you are at higher risk for anabolic related adverse events/side effects related to estrogen, hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, and more. Testosterone is not a fat burner but will elevate your BMR and lead to more efficient protein use and burn calories faster BUT lowering your body fat FIRST is best to minimize the unpleasant side effects that may be harmful to your health.

Steroids aren't diet pills. If they were effective for weight reduction, they would be recommended or perhaps approved for such use. Cardio and reducing your intake are the best ways to lower bf.

Damn! Glad someone reads my posts! Apparently I don't function well on 3 hours sleep. I wonder if I left my missing stethoscope in someone's arse during the last DRE.

That should have said "EAT LESS, MOVE MORE". I am however going to try the eat more, move less strategy on my next bulk!

Thanks for catching that DAAS. Hopefully OP reads your comments or that 23% will quickly become 43%!!!!!

    I need a bed. Lol

I might be total wrong so this more of a question. I know body fat should be 15% or less for less side but igifuno did have a post saying if your test levels are low you would have a harder time burning fat- why couldn't you say run 10 weeks lower amount of test with spot on ai's to control sides to aid in fat loss don't kill me still learning a lot sorry jump in the middle

Because if you're a hypogonadal male, you should seek therapy with the assistance of a qualified endocrinologist or urologist.

I think in terms of the fact that your muscle mass will increase therefor less calories you eat get stored as fat, because they're being used. As far as its ability for fat cell shrinkage or whatever, idk.
