Post cycle Acne on shoulders

hello,

during my cycle i had no acne, during pct i broke out like crazy on my shoulders, i thought it would go away but its now been about 7 weeks after my last test pin and the acne is still there, so how do i get rid of this? and what do i do next time to prevent it?

Never had acne in my life. No acne during cycle, then my face and shoulders broke out. It's been 5 months since my last pinn and acne on my face cleared out just recently.

Personally, I use Anti-Bacterial soap, neutrogena, cetaphil cleanser, (sometimes Aztec Secret Healing Clay) and apple cider vinegar.

Austinites thread is great. I also advise tanning if ou don't mind it. That's what worked for me the best. Hands down

Acne Annihilator is a trick that we use that works real well.

if you live near the sea or a salt water pool this is vry effective, depending on severity accutane my be only answer, i never use AAS without a low dose of accutane its a miracle drug

this aswell i just assumed this was a given lol

panoxyl5 or panoxyl10 is an excellent cream, it literally burns them away you amy be left with dry skin in affected areas for a couple days but if tis back acne then it shouldnt be a major problem, any doc will perscribe it its easily found online aswell

Been of for several months and acne is finally clearing up. Still have some red spots from scaring probably, but finally no more landmines. Just in time to start a new cycle!! Part of the game for some of us
