First cycle ever!
Hey everyone. I have been a dedicated weightlifter for almost 3 years now and will be starting my first ever cycle with the magical elixir. I have been researching up a storm on this to be absolutely certain that I am following everything to T and being smart about this. BUT, I still have just a few questions before I am ready to start pinning. (I'm picking up some Test-E tomorrow). My plan is to run Test-E at 500mg/week (250-Mon/250-Thurs) for 12 weeks and then begin PCT with Tamox and Clomi 1.5-2 weeks after my last pin with a 40-40-20-20 on the Tamox and 100-50-50-50 on the Clomi.
1st question:
Testicular support?
I've been reading about the use of HCG for testicular support while on cycle. Is this necessary for my first cycle or is there any natural supplements that I can dose to handle my natural test production during cycle? I'm trying to keep this as simple as possible, but again, I'm not looking to be stupid about this either.
2nd question:
Liver support?
Is there any natural supplements (like milk thistle) that I can take for liver support. While I have heard that Test-E is not as harsh on the liver as orals, again, I don't want to be dumb about it.
3rd question:
PCT?
How does my PCT look that I have chosen? My buddy said it looks fine, but I want to be sure. Perhaps a veteran could chime in.
4th question:
Gyno?
While on cycle and I by some chance run into gyno issues I was planning on 20mg doses per day of Tamox until the symptoms subside. Sound ok?
5th question:
Bloodwork?
Do I need to get a blood test before I start my cycle or can I have that checked after cycle and PCT? This is where I get slightly nervous. I'm not sure how to approach this without getting the weird look from the doc. A year ago I went in for just a regular physical and had some bloodwork done that showed my iron count, hemoglobins, HDL, LDL, etc and I passed with flying colors all across the board. I consider myself a VERY HEALTHY individual. I do not smoke and I drink only on very rare occasions in a social manner.
A little bit about me. I am 6'5", 31 yo, and I started weightlifting in February of 2011 and weighed in at 180#. I have put on 35# in the past almost 3 years. I have never had a body fat caliper test but I would assume that I am under 20% body fat. I really have some great tall, skinny genetics going for me but that also means I have had to put in a lot of work to get where I am. My before and after photos are simply amazing to me. I know that I have gained some body fat (inevitable) BUT I don't think it has been drastic because I am much more muscular than I ever have been. I have just enough fat around my midsection to cover my abs and that is about it. I am pretty much skinny everywhere else.
Thanks to everyone that can give me some input here. I have a feeling that after my first cycle, I am going to gain a lot of experienced knowledge about this but I just need a few pointers before I get my feet wet. I am totally ready for this and the gym is truly my home away from home. I am in an unbelievable "zone" at the gym and I believe this persistence and my diet has been my success thus far. Training is not a hobby for me, hot rods are. Training is a way of life for me.

You first cycle should not start without a lot of reading in this thread and the linked threads.

Good work bro
HCG needs to be run 250 iu x2 a week
PCT starts 14 days after last pin of test E, it looks good
NAC liver support, 1200mg daily
PCT is fine
You need an AI to control E2, preferable arimidex dosed at .25 EOD
You CAN get bloodwork done before cycle to see where yuor normal levels run, that way ..about 6 weeks after pct you can get bloods done to see if you recovered.

Ok, I lied.
I got all of my accessories today. I'm nervous as FOOK but I am as equally excited about my first pin which I am going to do tomorrow. I just want to get this first pin over with so I can crush my little crybaby fear. I use to donate plasma all the time awhile back and I swear those needles were huge as fook like 18 gauge or bigger but a phlebotomist took care of me. Something about me sticking myself is like 5x more scary but I'm not going to be a ***** about it either.
Few questions:
1)Needles?
Not sure if I thought this one thoroughly, or perhaps I am ok(nerves again) but I have in front of me 23s 1" for drawing and 23s 1.5" for pinning(glutes). Will a 1" be enough for a draw needle? And the 1.5s I should pin all the way in to my injection site? Damn they look long. I know they're 1.5" but they look 3 feet long. Haha (nerves)
2)Liquid Stane
This is the AI I have chosen to run. The package sat outside my front door (I work 2nd shift) until I got home just awhile ago. I thought for sure I had to sign on the package but just for craps and laughs, I tracked the package while at work. It came up "delievered" status. Ah FOOK! It's been in the 20s(Fahrenheit) all damn day. I was pissed and my mind was dramatizing about that whole situation while I was at work. A frozen container of Stane. WTF am I gonna do?! I got home right away and brought the package in and the first thing I checked was the Stane. It was damn chilled but the liquid was not frozen at all. Am I good or is the Stane junk now?
3) Pinning schedule?
I have re-looked at this and every 3.5 days is what I am coming up with. I know that I have been seeing Monday-Thursday expressed as a schedule for pinning TestE but I am planning to pin tomorrow morning. (Friday) So then my next pin would be Monday night? I'm trying to figure a way to best accomplish this because I work 2-11PM Sunday through Thursday and an evening injection is out of the question UNLESS I pin when I get home from work which would put me at about 1AM for my evening injections(which would technically be the next day. So if I pin tomorrow morning, then my next pin would be Monday night but can I push that out to Tuesday morning at 1AM? If this sounds like an ok pinning schedule, I would basically be pinning Friday mornings and Tuesdays at 1AM. Please tell me if this works.
4) Aromasin schedule?
How much do I really need to be dosing and how often? I am getting mixed opinions and have heard it is prety strong even at 12.5mg EOD. Should I just start 12.5 2x/week and see how my body reacts to the test?
