1-12 adex .25mg EOD

14- finished daa tribulus (test booster cant hurt)
Currently sitting at 95 kg, 6'1.5 (not 100% sure)
Bf% 14
Gained a few lbs from water retention
Noticing more vascularity in traps and shoulders
A mate of mine has been pinning in my delts for me or I pin my quads if I do it myself.
Strength is going up and im loving it.
Im currently on a legspushpull rest repeat routine.

Diet consist of a chicken, pasta, rice, veg, fruit, milk, steak.. pretty simple
