HCG storage temp
So I just got my new usb fridge for my hcg (can't store it in kitchen fridge where I live) and the piece of shit does not consistently stay cold on the base plate. My room is downstairs with wood floors so it does stay cool especially since it is winter here in CA and I keep blinds closed to reduce sunlight. I'd say it never gets over 60 degrees for room temp not to mention the fridge is on the wood floor. Will hcg go bad if it is not constantly refrigerator temp cold?

Yes it will.
Vaccine refrigeration temperatures are typically supposed to be 2-8 degrees celcius or 35-46 degrees fahrenheit. I would go by those standards.

Doesnt matter... Just use it. hCG does NOT go bad...

Hey Austin, hope you got my PM I sent you earlier today.
Even if not refrigerated? then why does it have to be refrigerated in the 1st place? I think your hCG thread says that important to refrigerate?

I'll Check PM..
Yes, it is important to refrigerate but not important to be religious about it.
hCG needs to be refrigerated for the sole purpose of preserving potency. It does not "go bad", really. hCG merely loses potency over time, and at a faster pace when placed at room temperature.
hCG can be used for 90 days after reconstituting it. After 90 days, it loses approximately 10% potency per month. You can leave hCG at room temperature for about a week with negligible potency loss. No loss if it's in the early stages after mixing. After 90 days, you would simply increase dose to compensate for the 10% loss per month. So for those of you who travel, do not be afraid to take your hCG. No need to go through the extra measure of keeping it cool.
The reason hCG generally does not arrive mixed, is because in some cases, it is frozen in powder form, which would preserve the compound for millions of years. This way you can thaw the powder and use it at your convenience. Some manufacturers ship premixed compounds, such as the HUCOG brand, which is extracted from pregnant rat urine.
hCG is not as "fragile" as most of us are led to believe. If you prefer to minimize injections, you can combine your steroid compounds with hCG into the same syringe and inject. The only real way to destroy hCG is by freezing and thawing pre-loaded/premixed syringes, as the ice crystals tend to destroy the proteins. If you decide to freeze your mixed hCG, be sure not to re-freeze it, ever.
The expiration dates are merely the length of time the potency was tested. This is also used/marketed so that you purchase more of this compound.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I think that is because over time a lot of people have confused HGH and HCG and the storage and being fragile have gotten confused and cross mixed for references. BIG difference between the two.

Very interesting, thanks for the post

With all due respect, I am somewhat confused on this. Everything I have read from pharma citations points to the need to refrigerate once reconstituted. Some even go so far as to suggest binding with a carrier protein and deep freezing if storing for months reconstituted. These same sources caution against freeze thaw, so for me I will continue to keep my stuff as cold as possible without freezing.
Also while I agree that a day of two at room temp is not going to ruin it the OP's post led me to believe that the USB fridge was cycling up to 60°f on a regular basis, seems this IMHO, would degrade the hell out of HCG in a couple of weeks tops.

Thanks for all the info. I started to consider throwing my hcg in the trash and starting fresh again.
