what about training during pct, how many exercise should i do for small muscle like (biceps-triceps) and large muscle like (chest-legs-back-delts) ?

why would it differ from any other time? train hard eat big and you will look good it really is that simple dont overcomplicate things in your head on cycle, off cycle, unless what yor doing now is horribly wrong then just keep going the same
^^^what Dan said. Shorten the rest periods to shorten your workouts. No cardio and make sure you eat more.

Don't change a thing unless you want to lose those hard earned gains.
Absolutely agree with the above comments. Continue intense training and take your muscles groups to failure.. you can still grow without being on cycle.
