Bro if you use a higher mg will only make pip worse. You just have a high BA content in your test. This is wat is causing the pip not the volume.

If to much BA is added to gear could you "vent" it by using a large syrine gauge or emptying the oil out, heating it and refiltering and vialing? in short can you evaporate BA out of gear?

The boiling point of BA is 205°C / 401°F. You would probably destroy the TestE at that high a temp.

I dont think you have to boil alcohol to evaporate it. kinda like none of the water that makes clouds ever reached boiling. I think if you just left it open then it would evaporate out and then refilter and put in vials.

I don't know the answer to that, neither would I recommend leaving gear out exposed to the air. A more simple approach would be to add sterile oil guaranteeing that you reduce the concentration of BA in the total volume. Or as suggested above cut with B12.

if you add oil you're lowering the mg of gear per mL. and considering 2%BA is okay and say 3% is noticably different as far as PIP then thats a lot of oil to lower the BA by 1%

and as far as it being exposed to air thats why you would refilter it

What about water in the air or other contaminants, Its really not a good idea and in my 12 years experience of home brewing I have never heard anything like it. Adding sterile oil is a lot safer and works 100%

literally to decrease the amount of BA by 2%, say from 4% to 2% you would need to add the entire amount of total gear, in mL of oil. aka say you have 2 vials of test 250, you would end up with 4 vials of test 125. So unless you want to inject twice the amount of gear then that doesn't make sense to me. And as far as water and other contaminants im not sure what you're talking about. You're exposing the gear to the exact same environment as when you make any other home brew..

So? twice as much oil zero pain is better than being cramped up for a few days. Also when you make gear you do not leave it for hours exposed to the air and dust and other crap floating around the air, Not to mention in my opinion I don't think your idea would even work at all.

If you're getting significant PIP from test E (especially at standard concentration), it is because your gear is crap. Find a better source.
