    Newbie with a quesion

Hi there guys, i'm new here or have not been active for some time. I have attached a recent pic of me here and i'm thinking if i should start with gears or should i just keep training ? At the moment , i have sustanon 250 and deca with me which i have not used till now and waiting for the right time ...

Can anyone advice me if i could go ahead and start my cycle? i do not plan to take many cycles.. maybe just one to see how things go ...

Any help and advice will be much appreciated, thank you

p.s: i'm planning to get ripped(atleast have some nice muscle gains) by end of 2014 or sooner

Where do you live? Some people might take offense to that tattoo, tho I am aware that it means peace in some places I'm not sure because it's in a mirror or whatever

Get your BF down below 15%, its too high. This will increase your odds of negative sides if you don't reduce your bf fist through training and nutrition. No offense, but genetically you already look like you might be prone to Gyno/bitch tits, so MAKE SURE you have a really good PCT planned out. Do not do Sust and Deca on your first cycle, big no no. Choose a single ester test like Test C or Test E. DO NOT STACK MULTIPLE AI's ON YOUR FIRST CYCLE. Single ester Test will be included/the base in every cycle you do. Learn how your body reacts to that first before you go with Sust and/or stack.

Thank you for this solid advice.. i think you might be right there... i might/should be prone to gyno issues and was thinking of using nolvadex for PCT but looks like i have alot of time to research and learn from the helpful bro's here... My goal would be to get down to 15% BF now! Thank you for guiding me guys.. really appreciate this. at least i was not too foolish to just go ahead and use them without learning more..

P.s: Did not thought sust and deca was a strong dosage... i went thru alot just to get hold of them lol

Ok sorry, just making sure, welcome to the forum....everyone has good advice but I do think sust is ok for beginners from all I've learned, you just won't know if you're ready f for the amount of injections, I got bad post injection pain (wasn't I'm muscle enough turned out to be problem) and it was a bit daunting thinking about how I just got a muscle to stop hurting and now I have to pin again, but I got over it......good luck in your journey, see you in nutrition section!!

Waiting would be the smartest decision. Train consistently for 2 years and learn everything you can about nutrition. With consistency and dedication to a weight training and nutrition plan, you WILL see remarkable changes.

(And yes, unfortunately many people don't realize the "swastika" was around long before the Nazi party of Germany adopted it and in many cultures it is a symbol for prosperity and good luck).

No worries. I'm sure many people would have had the same reaction you had. It's a common mistake.

Diet, Sleep, Train. Tip for your diet: Do not eat your carbs alone. Always consume carbs after solid portion of protein. Also do not combine carbs and any significant amount of fats in the same meal.
