    Sleep issues

What are some OTC sleep aids that you all have used that work well with out the groggy feeling the next day? I can't seem to get a solid night sleep and I feel it's hindering my gains.

Melatonin has helped me wonders. But you have to find the right amount because too much and you may become drowsy. Zinc Magnesium are also some good! Check them out!

Tylenol pm. Just one tablet. Take an hour to an hour and a half before you wish to sleep.

Z-quill for me. That usually makes me drowsy enough to take the edge off and fall asleep. Melatonin didn't work as well for me. Stronger prescription meds like xanax make me feel hungover the next day.

Get the cheap wal mart brand gel cap sleep aids. They work great, and like I said they are cheap.

Acetaminophen/tylenol/paracetamol is terrible for you, it is the diphenhydramine in Tylenol PM that helps you sleep, so if you are not looking for pain relief, it is better for your liver to take a 25 mg benadryl instead, which is just the anti-histamine.
