    trouble with sleep

    Since last week (been on test e for 6, nearly 7wks) my sleep is crap. I wake up atleast 4 times a night. I go to bed 10 pm and im usually awake till 1/2am. Im also then waking up around 6/7 am wide awake but body is aching slightly due to lack of sleep.
    Luckily im on holidays atm so im having an hour nap after my afternoon training but its starting to impact my mood and workouts in a negative way.
    I have zma been taking 4 caps before sleeping but it doesnt benefit my sleep :/
    Any tips from someone who has had this issue on cycle? Thanks

    Lots of guys like zquil I like 1 tablet of Tylenol pm.

    Are these over the counter medzz?
    ill head to the chemist and see what they got. Not sure if they'll have what you mentioned. I live in aus

    Have you tried melatonin? Are you using any sims, perhaps too late in the afternoon?

    Stims?
    Only half a scoop or so sometimes but my afternoon sessions are 1pm.
    Ive only tried zma.

    My body is tired but my heart is beating fast and im really restless when trying to sleep.

    What is your BP? I would try to lay off the stims for a few days to see if that helps. I went cold turkey off of stims several weeks ago and BP and sleep are much better. Also added Arginine and Cittruline for BP but way less jittery overall and deeper sleep without getting up multiple times per night.

    Bp mean blood pressure?

    I havnt gotten it checked in a few weeks but im.CERTAIN its a bit higher than usual Due to test.

    ill stay stim free for a week or two and see what impact that has. Ill keep taking my ZMA too.

    anytime.. and yes BP=blood pressure.

    Good call on laying off the stims. Let me know how it works out bro.
