20 week.. eq or deca or both? help with stack

Im going to run a 20 week cycle.. and my question is should I go with eq or deca or both? Do you think one would take from the other, if so ill just be going with deca and will do like 300 to 350mg.. I really enjoy what deca does for my joints so I was thinking running it at 250mg a week if I run eq also..what I like about eq is the increase in appetite , good lean gains and makes you really vascular..I have done both before but didn't run them long enough.. I felt really good but some times would get shortness of breath or nervous from the eq... but at the time I did sells at a gym so I was talking to alot of different people so that added to it.. but here I was im thinking

4x test cyp 250 @ 500mg a week
2 x Deca 250@ 250mg a week
2 x Bold 200 (Equipoise ) @300mg a week
2 x Mast 200 (Masteron ) (150mg mast e 50mg mast p)@ 300mg a week..

My ai is

2 x Exemestane (Aromasin ) @ 1/4 eod
Half a pill kills 85 % of all the estrogen in the body and you need it to grow so im starting out with 1/4 and will go from there. might bump it up to half a pill eod

Im 25 years old..6"3 ,219 lbs with around 10 % bf

I would avoid EQ at all costs. Also, I would forget about a 20 week cycle. It wasn't too long ago when you were asking very entry level questions. (no offense). So keep it simple.

Anyway... 1/4 stane? EOD? You thinking adex? AI's inhibit conversion. You might want to read up on them some more. PCT is missing nolvadex .

So 16 weeks? That way I just dont waste the deca ..Aromasin , as it is most commonly called, is a very potent AI which works by blocking the aromatase enzyme in the body. This drug was originally developed to help fight breast cancer in women by reducing estrogen which some believe to aid in cancer cell growth. While not quite as strong as Letrozole , Exemestane is considerably stronger than Anastrozole. Studies done with this substance typically show around an 85% reduction in estrogen levels in the body. This can be very useful to bodybuilders who are using aromatizing compounds such as testosterone . Typically, one will begin the use of Exemestane the same day they begin their cycle.

It is also important to note that Aromasin has shown to be very effective at increasing testosterone and IGF levels in the body. Because of this, this drug is also very useful during PCT regime when one is trying to restore natural testosterone levels in order to avoid a post cycle "crash".

It is important to keep doses of Exemestane reasonable, as too much estrogen suppression can result in hindered muscle gains and loss of sex drive. One 25mg tablet a day should be sufficient for effectively keeping estrogen related sides out of the picture, or for effectively raising natural testosterone levels during PCT.

I did arimidex last time and did half a pill eod and had no problems.. it only kills 50% of the estrogen.. I wanted a little something stronger so might take half a pill eod of aromasin also can use this with my clomid as a PCT also.. plus with run a bottle of hcgenerate

Stane or adex..makes really no difference. They are both equally affective if dosed correctly. The idea is to keep estrogen within clinically acceptable levels. There is no way of guessing that you are getting 50% or 80% effectiveness from your AI without bloodwork considering everyone aromatizes at a different rate.

Like Aust. said, drop the EQ and safe the room in the tube. It's virtually useless as an anabolic especially at the dose you suggested. Your Mast will also not be much good at that low of a dose. I have found that 600-800mg is an affective dose of Masteron .

Last time I did mastron I did 100mg eod and I saw a huge increase in muscle hardness but yes I bet I would see more definition if I did increase it.. should I increase the deca ? I have two bottles of deca 250mg 10ml

If you are going to run Deca at a higher dose than what some would consider to be "therapeutic" then I would skip Mast entirely. It depends on your goal for the cycle really.
