Cialis effects on and off cycle

Recently posted about suffering from ED occasionally off cycle and during pct. Starting my test cycle next week so not too worried during that, I got some liquid Cia to take during pct , tried it out last weekend and it worked ridiculously well iv used it a few times since. Just wondered if anyone could answer he following,
If you use it regularly can it cause dependence, ie can only perform when using it?
Does long term use have any long term harmful health effects? I'm only planning on using it on pct and possibly every now and then recreationally if I have a good weekend planned

No dependence. It's not an aphrodisiac.
Excellent for long term use. One of the healthiest things you can take for a myriad of reasons. I've taken low dose (5mg x2 per day) for years now.
    Great nitric oxide booster.
Approved for BPH by the FDA.
Can lower BP slightly. That said, if you have low bp don't take it.

With any drug, tolerance to drug effects is always a possibility. The only two studies I am aware of that looked at tolerance/dependency of PDE5 inhibitors showed NO DEPENDENCY over 6 months of use, however, the study only examined on demand use (i.e. use as needed) and not daily use.

In clinic, we generally recommend a break from continued use after 60 consecutive days to prevent the possibility of tolerance.

Thanks guys, I don't intend to use it continually just when needed, so hopefully tolerance will never be an issue. I have suffered zero side effects, my blood pressure is well within normal limits and as long as I am not going to do
    Myself any long term
    Damage I am happy

Kel's info is great feedback. I haven't seen many cases of long term use but indications for BPH, HTN, and COPD are relatively new. I'm sure there are many more anecdotal cases of self prescribed long term use and eventually I would expect to see some meta-analytical studies in published medical literature of long term consumption that examine safety and efficacy.

I've been cycling mine. Right now I'm on TRT doses of testosterone so I've dropped Cialis from my routine but I have plenty in stock ready for two cycles later this year.

Good luck. Report back with your experiences. The information will be valuable to expanding our knowledge in this area.

I've used it for about 8 months @2.5 a day. I went out of town for 2 weeks and forgot to grab it. Everything worked great if you catch my drift. So it clearly doesn't effect you long term. But everyone is different I guess. Great pumps in gym and bedroom

That's good that was my biggest concern. For example when I can't sleep I don't ever use sleeping tablets because with certain types once you stop using them it's impossible to sleep without them, thankfully this doesn't appear to be the case with cialis , just need to get my dosing right as 20mg is possibly slightly over effective, il try 15mg when needed, and when on PCT 10-15 eod

I have huge confidence in ar-r their products are awesome. It's a shame they don't do hcg powder for research purposes though

Interesting, I take 10mg a day for its many benefits but have never heard of its effects on t/e ratio.
