Exclamation 2 simple questions looking for the right answer.

    Ok I got 2 questions.

    1. I have been out of lifting for about 4 months or so and have shrunk and gotten a little fat so I am curious how long does it take for muscle memory to kick in working out natural and eating right all natural way without steriods this go around? I will be working out twice a day 4 to 5 times a week.

    2. What is a good supplement for me to use in the meantime till I start my next cycle which will be here in a few months?

serious answers please and if possible be explanatory please. Thanks very much.

Aas= anabolic androgenic steroids , so, steroids

1.) Muscle memory is not set in stone, but you will get back to where you were quickly if you follow a good diet and exercise plan, which I can tell you isn't working out twice a day unless you mean cardio then weights or vice versa...what are your goals?

2.) Creatine is one of the few supplements proven to work, and obv protein, fish oils, vitamins etc...If your goal is losing weight then check out austinite's fat loss protocol, and the sticky in nutrition for cutting....good luck

He said "next cycle" so I would guess yes. Ashoprep meant "steroids "

When I quit working out for a few months, it only takes me about a month to get right back to where I was before.

I usually work out one muscle group for about 45 min at lunch then another after work is what I was meaning working out twice a day. Because of some personal reasons I can't get on my next cycle for a bit and have to wait a few months. Because of injury is why I was out on working out for over a few months.

I has always heard about creatine but was curious if there was a better way for losing some belly fat and getting back to a more leaner look like b4.

You should really take the time you have (until you start) to research and make sure you are familiar with the fundamentals revolving around steroids .

What are your stats and goals?

It's not a cycle, all over the counter, herbals and such, like literally no drugs, just a well crafted plan to assist in fat loss, my advice is to let the people in nutrition forum help with diet, for fat loss tho I always always always recommend interval training, Google the protocol
