Not really. I think it may have some skin healing properties, but doesn't do anything for joints. Even EQ, although it has some positive effects on joints and ligaments, doesn't compare to Deca with respect to 'joint lubrication'.

    Have you tried Glucosamine?

I think Var stimulates collagen production.

Correct, so it can support body tissue like skin, bones, tendons, muscle and even cartilage, but doesn't 'lube' joints like nadrolone.

it does benefit cartilage in general. it was even tested as a substitute for hGH in GH deficient patients, bone, cartilage and sinew will be affected. soft tissue as well ofcourse. Oxandrolone is anabolic via hyperplasia and hypertrophy

but the odds of getting anavar is 0% and the odds of getting quality oxandrolone are slim.
Oxandrin is one of very few real pharmaceutical oxandrolone brands, it is the successor of Anavar.
Oxanabol, SPG, and BTG oxandrolone look like the most reputable ugl brands

19 nors are good for joints, felt good on tren . Var didn't do anything for me as far as joints or mobility. Goods pumps and some lean mass though.

I normally turn to low dose deca for joints. I did run a low doese deca/test/eq/var cycle to see how it worked for my joints. My joints felt better but I couldn't tell which one of the compounds was working. Not very scientific but my joints felt better.
