    First cycle diet advice

    Hi all,

    I'll probably get flamed for this post because of my training history, age, etc... but these are my stats:

    Age: 19
    Years training: 3 years on and off
    Height: 6'3
    Weight: 220 lbs
    Body fat: 23%

    Cycle
    Week 1-12 500mg/week Testosterone Enanthate
    Week 1-8 80mg/ED Anavar
    Weed 1-12 0.25mg/ED Arimidex

    PCT
    Week 13-16 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

    I'm wondering what kind of calorie surplus/deficit I should be looking at to lose fat and gain muscle without spinning my wheels.

    I'm still a noob but from what I've read you're about to hear a lot of comments saying :

    You are still to young, wait another 5 years
    Your bf is still a little high, causes estrogen conversion which results in adverse symptoms (such as boobs)
    Where is HCG on cycle

    For pct it is very important to have at least clomid and nolva. You need both
