    First Anavar Cycle

    I decided I'm taking the plunge, I've done my research, and I have a good idea of how it's going to affect me, how long to run my cycle and all that. The only thing I'm uncertain about right now is what my dosage should be.

    Everything I've read, people say 20mg or less is a waste. Does it do nothing at that dosage? As someone who knows his body quite well, and have pushed my body to that 1000% where a bottle of gatorade feels like an injection of morphine and your whole body get's tingly... I really do know my limits, and I believe, if anybody would notice the effects of a light dosage, it'd probably be this guy.

    Anyhoo, I got enough for a 60mg cycle, but I think I'd rather save half of it and do a 30mg cycle now, then maybe do a 2nd 30mg cycle later after I see how it works for me. My main motivator is fast-forwarding a little bit to hit my goals by about April.

    I got some Test E I could stack with it too. But what I've read, and agree with, is that I should do 1 thing at a time for my first cycle to see how my body reacts. Besides, I think even a 30mg cycle of Anavar is going to be huge for me. Just looking to hear some experience from others.

    Actually, correction, I got enough for 2 45mg cycles, or 1 90mg cycle... Or y'know, I could do a 3 30mg cycles. I guess I'm hedging towards 2 cycles... but like y'know whatever

    I wouldn't recommend anything less than 60mg/ed for an Anavar cycle. I normally run 100mg/ed for 6 weeks.

    2 cycles at that dosing will do nothing for you. Is this your first cycle? I would not consider var at this point if I were you. Age? Cycle history? Diet? Training? ect....

    my plan is to make some strength goals which have slowed dramatically over the last 2 months. I know I can still make em natural, but I'd like to do it in a month instead of 3. Then as I hit them, I will transition out of the anabolics into a cutting cycle.

    Yes I've done research. And I've read alot of positive reviews from people not expecting to get massive everywhere from 20mg - 60mg cycles... while at the same time it seems alot of the negative reviews come from people who are cycling over 100mg, expecting it to be as good as pin.

    I've never done a cycle before.

    40mg-60mg a day seems to be common for the weekend warrior. 40mg/day works good for me but start at 40mg/day… divide it up so you take a half cap every 7-8 hrs what I go with.

    Currently on my first "real cycle" - Running Test C 250mg X 2 weekly, 60 mg VAR ED(2 split doses)

    When people say your first cycle should only be one thing, they generally mean Test. VAR only works well I imagine, but I think VAR is made to stack with Test from most of my research. Keep in mind, its

    30 MG isn't going to do shit for you as a male. I did my first few days with and I could feel a little more pump in the gym. I up'd my dose to 60 mg and could feel it. I AM stronger in the gym in all lifts, and through out the work out. My vascularity is outrageous half way through my work out.

    However, I did a few days at 80 MG and either I hit the weights to hard or a side effect, and some of my joints started to ache. My lower back for sure, may have been the pump from leg/back day. I reduced it back to 60 mgs, and I can feel it still.

    Actually 30 - 40 a day on var increased strength and ripped me up pumped me up like crazy.

    Not everyone is the same.

    So better start low and build up.

    I have my wife on 25mg/d. I never run it below 100mg/d and don't titrate. I always run it with testosterone , never alone.
