Pain in butt cheek after last jab of cycle

I noticed the day after it was just stinging a bit and there has been a dull ache there for a few weeks. The last few days have been even worse. Do you think ive nicked a nerve and how long should it take to get better. It's never happened before.

If it's been two weeks, and now it's getting worse, you may have an infection.

would you see anything on the skin if it was an infection? There's nothing there. If it is what do I do, or is it just a matter of seeing it out and it will eventually disappear?

If you've kept everything sterile the chance of infection is pretty low. I get red swelling at injection site sometimes. It goes away in a few days. If it doesn't, you need to go check it out with a doc.

if you pinned too often ( ie same spot every week) then you may have a sterile abscess and should leave it alone for a couple months to let stick insulated oil and tissue dissipate and dont be pressing on it if you can avoid it. I had it happen in delt months ago, still feel it a bit.
