    Cycle number 3. Please help!

I am looking at starting cycle number 3 very soon. I've got a few things I'm trying to sort out first though.

1 Last year I got my heart checked and I have a borderline enlarged heart. I've been taking tablets and my doc says things are looking good. My question is, coming from 60Kg soaking wet to 90-105kg, wouldn't your heart need to get a bit bigger to support a bigger body?

2 Constant niggles with my back. I get my hips reset so my right leg isn't longer, bam! a new problem. I've been injured for about 8 months from doing three tears where the muscle meets the bone in my lower back. It still hurts a bit but can do most stuff. Just no deadlifts or squats. Wouldn't deca be good to help with that?

I was at 100-105kg at the end of my last cycle. I was holding way too much water and my fat percentage was way too high. This time I am planning to keep my weight around 90-95kg and be a bit fitter than I have been.

Option one: 250mg of sus 250 every three days for a short cycle of around two months.
Option two: test p at around the same dosage and time as the sus and add some deca.

I've never had too many side effects in the past. Slight prostate enlargement and test flu on my first cycle (sus). A lot of water retention and a higher BP on my second (T400) course.

    Stats:
    36 years old
    2 cycles plus a bit of GHRP-2&6 and IGF1-LR3
Current weight is about 90kg (around 200lb)
Body fat is probably about 12%
Diet is quite good. It's very protein rich and low carbs
    16 inch arms
Good workout program supplied by a kick ass PT

Aim: to bench 300lb+, develop a thicker core and legs, add a bit to my arms, better looking shoulders and back and get a bit fitter

Every time I post something here, I always forget something so sorry about that and thanks for any advice in advance..

I really like my Test Prop/NPP cycle. The cycle was 8 weeks @ 500mg's of Test/NPP per week. Rest 3 days PCT with Nolvadex/Clomid for 4 weeks 40/20/20/20 and 100/50/50/50. I also ran adex .25mg/ed and HCG 250iu twice a week.

Given my situation, that would be the way to go. Thanks for your input mate!

the heart is like any other muscle. if you work it hard, it will grow. up to a certain point, this is actually beneficial, cos each heart beat is more efficient.

it only becomes a problem if the enlarged heart muscles actually obstruct the outflow of blood, or when the increase in muscle fibre is not getting enough blood supply and oxygen.

And this is where my confusion stems from. I've got my doc telling me that an enlarged heart causes heart attacks. I'm definitely going to see a cardiologist soon.

I went and saw my Chinese doctor the other day. He was the one who told me there was a problem with my heart in the first place. When I was on my last course he told me that my BP was a bit high and my liver was causing my heart to get weak. This time he told me my left side was fine but my right side was a bit weak...

definitely wait for your cardio visit before you get too worried. none of what your doctors said makes any sense.

Extremely broad based statement. I'm surprised a certified doctor said that. Jeez. See the cardiologist.

That's like saying oxygen causes fires. Mmmm not exactly...

What I've noticed with doctors is that they can be quite useless in some areas. Full credit to my doc, he monitored me through my courses to make sure things were ok. Something a lot wouldn't be happy doing.

I've already seen a heart clinic which diagnosed me with a borderline enlarged heart. I did some tests (cardiograph? and stress test). Everything was fine. I now take tablets that keep my BP down and was told that is to ensure that my heart returns to its normal size again..
