    New need help with test and var

    Hey guys just looking for some advice and honestly that's what I need. I have read a lot of posts on here and it seems like if your new or something all the vets give you shit. So please give me some respect and I'll give you the same. We are all here for the same reason.

    Little background on myself was a college football player then dropped out and joined the army a few months later I made it into ranger bat in savannah ga 1-75 well I suffered a knee injury and was medically discharged everything is healed now it's been a few years. On my way out I got a divorce lost everything cause she cheated while I was deployed and the judge ruled in her favor. But anyways I hit the bottle hard and fast food with my knee injury I couldn't work out and in a ill over a year I jumped from 210 to 305 she called me a fat shit and will never be anything again so what do I wanna do. F******* prove her wrong. That is my motivation.

    Stats are height 6'3
    Weight 230
    Bf approx 17.5%
    Age 26
    History I lifted through high school and college then had to work out differently in ranger bat not all about how much you can lift but how far you can run and push ups

    Feb 2013 I weighed 305 as of December 30 I weight 230 not to bad but I have hit the weights hard and done a shit ton of cardio and HIIT training so please any advice for this cycle I have read a lot of post but no one is in the same boat as me btw I won't be starting this cycle for about 4-6 weeks and I'm still busting my ass in the weight room 5 days a week and cardio 6 days so I have time to lose more BF before I start


    Thanks guys please help me prove my ex wrong I visit my hometown at the end of April this year and she will be there I need to show off

    Hey man , welcome ! Can you post a pic of your body ?

    Even IF you took juice tomorrow , to cycle , pct and cut by april is very tight.

    And you said you werent going to start for 6 weeks.

    I dont see how your goals are going to be met , there isnt enough time ?

    I know it's tight and I was looking at doing a ten week cycle starting in feb I'm visiting at the end of april and things I have read is not to start pct for a week or two after your last pin and I'm only gonna be visiting for a week and my buddy has a gym I'll be able to go to while I'm home... Would doing just a var only cycle be a good choice

    what exactly are you wanting to know bro? id try to get my bf down just a little before I started to avoid estrogen related issues you may or not have just to be safe.

    If you start in 5 weeks , so call it febuary the 8th ... A 10 week cycle ( id go 12 on test e for sure)

    Youd still be on cycle in april ... Thats without having 2 weeks inbetween PCT or even running PCT . And even then id presume youd want to cut ..?

    The Pros cant advise you on a cycle as there is no time for it , for the goal you set !

    If I was you , And I dont want to influence you , id diet very hard , lift heavy, loads cardio , take some clen maybe test 150-200 with t3 to melt fat .

    Thats what I would do if I wanted a ex to see me looking good .

    As I really dont think a cycle will help you .

    Mate, this is the wrong reason to cycle. You need to do it for you not to try and make someone else feel bad.

    Mate you need to train and throw dumbbells around the size of small ppl because you f#cking love it! Because you get off on eating 7 times a day when most would just throw up from the site of another cup of brown rice!!!!!!!!!!!
    Dont worry about this bird, plenty more fish in the sea and definitely wrong mentality to start running cycles with.

    IMO anyway

    Yea I see what you guys are saying and it means a lot I do love working out and trying to be fit again idk if I know anyone here in Vegas that has the hook up on clen or t3 and idk to much about it but thanks guys I understand maybe I'll wait till Sumer to do my first cycle

    I agree with this. From what I hear you won't benefit from var unless you have low BF... But more focus on the diet
    if I was you!! if you do decide to do this anyway get as much advice from these guys as you can regarding SERMs, AIs and PCT. Believe me I wish this knowledge was available back in the 90s.

    Whatever your motivation for doing a cycle, it's up to you. This is a steroid forum not a counselling session.
