    Planning my first cycle

    So Ive honestly never planned to use these things in my 27 years of living but lately more and more people i know have discussed them with me and have me curious and I would like some answers and input before i make any decisions. I use to be 260 ibs and at my worst was about 30% body fat. Im currently down to 220 and 18% body fat. Ive kinda hit a brick wall for weight loss. I already have a healthy food plan in use and have for about a year now. Cardio is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour a day same with muscle training as well. My brother recently started using Winstrol and blue star status. He did a ton of research i guess and is giving it great reviews and is suggesting I try it as well. Apparently its great for cutting fat. I have been cleared by doctors with perfect health no issues at all and would like to give it a try. I honestly am thinking I will only do 1 cycle to get me over that little hump. And I do like that its oral, that is preferred. I would like some input on peoples thoughts on this who have real life experience. Thank you very much for your time.

    Winny should never be ran without test
    Winny is good for some as a cycle finisher other dries joints
    Oral only is extremely bad for ur liver not many people if any would recommend a oral only cycle
    You need to man up injectable or go home

    What is your height?

    220 and 18%? Id keep the cardio and diet up and question the food and amounts per day so far.
    What is your HR during carfio, is it steady state, HIT, and which machine?

    I wouldnt even focus on gear its your diet and cardio, as you dropped weight your diet and cardio need to adjust as well.
