Is it ok to pin 1cc test p in the same quad that you pinned 2cc TNE(oil not suspension) the day before?
OR 1cc test p in a delt that you injected 1cc test p in 4 days ago?

Why not rotate to a different muscle?

I can't reach my ass or triceps and there's no way in hell I'm pinning biceps or pecs, leaving calves and traps, I have to be on my feet all day at work so it can't be calves leaving only traps..

You must be a big dude!

What about your delts? You could do lateral or rear. I pin delts, pecs, triceps, quads, glutes, and traps.

    Ya, stay away from calves.

How was your first trap injection? Like pain wise

Uncomfortable BUT I pushed 500mg of gear the first time. A little too ambitious. Lol. Every injection thereafter has been perfectly fine.

I ended up pinning left delt again (4 days space) and then pinned right delt tonight (4days space) and it feels like nothing was ever in it lol

Good job, but repeated injections will build up scar tissue. It's generally recommended to wait 10-14 days between repeating injections in the same spot.

    Glad it worked out.

Glutes are a pain in the ass (no pun intended), you could probably do the injection one handed. Nice thing about glutes is big muscle group, less pain. At least that's how it was for me.
