I have heard the legit stuff if good to go. Not too familiar with it though. Are you planning on just dbol ?

I've got some deca durabolin made by organon 5vials at 2ml.. Would you advise to take anything els wile taking these 2? Text ect ?

I've been training for about 9 years in that 9 years I've been all natural I've had good gain 16" arms at my biggest..I'm 27 5'8 and weigh is 13 stone..the reason I'm trying the steroids are because I'm just recovering from a shoulder injury it's been 6 months now so not Been able to train I've lost pretty much all of my size and gained weight as in body fat.. I've been told that the deca will help my recovery and help me to train and get back in to it so thought IDE take some dbol with them has well as I know deca can be slow at working and need to cycle for long..this isn't something I want to do for ages just something to get me back into it..any help and info would be great

If you haven't trained for 7 months then AAS is the last thing you need right now especially if you are recovering from injury. Your muscles will likely get much stronger than your tendons and ligaments and you will likely reinjure yourself.
You should concentrate on building up your base strength again first and losing some bodyfat too. You don't say what your fat % is so I'm guessing it's fairly high.
Also, you seem to be wanting to do deca and d'bol only? Read this to plan for when you are back in shape

Ok thanks for your advise I am back at the gym and gaining my strength back quick..as for looseing body fat I am working hard on my cv and my eating is getting good again..what would you advise taking in my situation it's not something I want to carry on with just something to help get me back to my goal..
Most frustrating thing is having an injury after years of hard work that short time you have off your gains are lost quick ?

Ok thank you I'll write it down when I get the chance..or if you have any good diet plane you can recommend..at the min my meals consist of oats in the morning with with water and a scoop of protein then mid day I'll prob have tin of tuna sometimes with something or on its own then chicken and veg ect then a shake..it ain't a bad diet I'm on but if there is any tips on what's best and can help more I'm all ears ?
