    PCT for Test E cycle

Hi all, I've got my last inj for my test cycle tomorrow. I know I need to wait 2 weeks before starting PCT and I have tamoxifen and clomid ready. What does should I use that will give me the best recovery? So far my cycle has consisted of:
Week 1-10 500mg test E PW split into 2 shots
    Week 2-10 0.25mg arimidex eod
    Weeks 4-10 HCG 500iu pw

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

Why aren't you running your AI or HCG up to PCT?

Are the 75/50/50/50 and 40/20/20/20 doses what I take everyday for each week? Eg week 1 clomid is 75mg everyday, week 2 is 50mg everyday etc....

Nice mate! How has the cycle gone? What gains have you made?

Thinking about doing the same cycle of Test E myself, maybe with only 400mg over 8 weeks to start!

I'm up 14lb in weight. All lifts have increased. Will know the true result post PCT.

BiB, not running AI or HCG until PCT because I read somewhere on here that everything stops with the last injection then a break from everything for 2 weeks then PCT begins. It was one of austinite's threads iirc.

Keep eating clean as you PCT. You'll be able to hang onto your gains more if you're eating well.

I'm planning on keeping diet and training exactly the same. Should I stop HCG and AI tomorrow or run them up to PCT?

I'd run your AI certainly up to pct. HCG will do you no real harm running it to then but you have ran it most of your cycle anyway.

You're gonna need to up your cals during pct to take into account the lack of test in your system. You should also shorten your workouts a little too unless they are short and intense anyway. Cardio should be limited if not omitted completely during this time too.

Definitly keep track of your macros, and eat clean but don't slack on the calories. You definitely don't want to be in a deficit during pct.

Agree with this^^ Keep calories up, Maybe some low intensity cardio at most to keep burning fat.
